FAQ
- Does SentriRail replace a lawyer?
- No. It is automated technical assessment / monitoring. It is not a legal certification.
- What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
- Deployed client scripts stay live. Premium monitoring can pause. History stays visible in limited read. Upgrade is explicit.
- Can I keep my CMP?
- Yes. SentriRail does not require a CMP migration.
- Is Free Scanner a monitoring plan?
- No. It is an acquisition tool. Paid scheduled monitoring starts with Studio, Agency or Scale (DRAFT).
- Are these prices final?
- No. Catalog figures are marked DRAFT until the owner validates them. Live checkout stays off while prices are DRAFT.
- Is monitor v2 (browser) included for everyone?
- Not yet. While privacy_monitor_v2 is OFF globally, the available authenticated control is html_limited — not sold as Playwright-equivalent. Browser v2 may become the default later after field validation.
- Do you sell 24/7 continuous scanning?
- No. Portfolio controls are scheduled (cron when the worker is active) plus manual scans under daily quotas. Evidence retention follows activated policies (detailed traces ~90d; holds/reviews as configured).
- SentriRail vs a CMP?
- A CMP collects and stores consent. SentriRail monitors site behaviour independently. They are not interchangeable. You can keep your existing CMP.
